Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming requests via phone or email with empathy and problem-solving skills
– Identify and understand customer needs to provide expert support and solutions
– Maintain accurate records, process accounts, and ensure compliance with high standards
– Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management
– Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
– Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to integrity
– Empathy towards customers and a willingness to learn and grow
