Location

This is a remote position open to residents of all states EXCEPT California, Colorado, Montana, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Status

– 1099 Contractor
– Flexible, Remote Role

Pay Range

The Virtual Assistant pay range starts at $19-$22 per hour based on experience and skillset. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on the number of contracted hours. BELAY does not guarantee hours or clients.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

– Maintain executive calendars and appointments
– Manage and organize emails efficiently
– Create presentations and spreadsheets
– Handle social media management and content creation
– Streamline client operations with workflows and processes
– Research technologies and make recommendations
– Administer CRMs and update client data
– Arrange travel and handle event coordination
– Assist with project management and event planning
– Offer personal assistance for smooth daily operations

Key Qualifications

– 1+ years of administrative experience required
– Must be available during normal business hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
– Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
– Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains confidentiality
– Excellent communicator with a professional demeanor
