Job Description

Airtable, a leading no-code app platform, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist enterprise customers in navigating and maximizing the features of the Airtable platform. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues via email and video calls.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce and track trends for process improvements.
• Contribute to Airtable’s knowledge base by creating helpful resources based on customer interactions.
• Educate customers on best practices and new features to optimize their workflows.

Who You Are

• Experienced in enterprise-focused technical support, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude to solve complex problems.
• Naturally curious and eager to continuously learn.
• Proficient in tools like Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite.
