To expand our reach, we’re seeking experienced and passionate industry experts to join us as online instructors in areas such as Front-End Development, React, Python, AI, and Digital Marketing. As an instructor, you’ll help guide the next generation of women into high-demand tech careers.

Responsibilities

– Lead and deliver engaging three-week online courses in your subject area.
– Create and deliver a structured syllabus, setting clear learning objectives.
– Support learners with real-world, project-based challenges and assignments.
– Facilitate live sessions, community Q&A, and interactive discussions.
– Collaborate with the SheCodes team to continuously improve course content.

Qualifications

– Proven experience (5+ years) in one of the following fields: Front-End Development, React, Python, AI, and Digital Marketing.
– Strong teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills and a knack for explaining complex concepts simply.
– Passionate about SheCodes’ mission to empower women in tech.
