Primary Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize computer technology to handle a high volume of calls
- Work closely with team leads to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document information into web-based ticketing system
Required Skills
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Skills
- Apple Certified MAC Technician (ACMT) Certification
- Previous experience in the education industry and with e-learning technologies
- Graduate of a computer science/technology degree program
