Who You Are

Previous experience with customer support or ticketing systems is a plus.
Even Better If You Have
Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing systems, knowledge of Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting, and 1-2 years of customer support experience are all advantageous for this role. If you are a multitasker committed to delivering high-quality work, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Targeted Start Dates
We are looking to fill positions starting on July 14th and August 4th. The starting base salary for this role ranges between $18 and $20/hr, depending on skills and experience. Please note that this position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
