As a Care Advisor I, you will be the first point of contact for Ting’s residential fiber customers, assisting with billing, service sign-up, order fulfillment, and basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities

– Respond to inbound calls from residential customers
– Process payments, issue billing corrections, and assist with plan updates
– Troubleshoot common service and connectivity issues
– Guide customers through account access and self-service tools
– Escalate complex issues to the Care Advisor II team
– Accurately log all interactions in internal systems

Qualifications

– Basic understanding of customer account management and troubleshooting logic
– Strong verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask in a real-time support environment
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

– Prior experience in telecommunications or customer care roles
– Familiarity with CRM systems or guided support tools
– Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
