Overview of Channel Analyst

The Channel Analyst position at 1A Auto is a key role within the company’s marketplaces team. As a Channel Analyst, you will work on projects that improve our performance on marketplace channels such as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. This position combines data-driven analysis with industry best practices to drive sustainable growth in key marketplaces. Training on software and processes will be provided by the company.

General Responsibilities

– Analyze and optimize e-commerce channel performance
– Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase visibility, and improve product rankings
– Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, account health, and customer reviews
– Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
– Manage product listings including content creation, keyword optimization, and pricing strategies
– Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce algorithms and policies
– Provide regular reports to management on e-commerce channel performance and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

– Associate’s Degree; or two+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
– Automotive experience and e-commerce experience are a plus
– SQL or Power BI knowledge preferred
