Role Description

As Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager, you will own the development, planning, and execution of customer communication strategies that guide users through the full customer journey. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful lifecycle communications that drive user actions and support the growth of both consumer and enterprise segments. Your role will be at the intersection of growth, product, and brand, making it a pivotal and hands-on position.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving outcomes such as owning and operating digital marketing touchpoints across the customer lifecycle, designing and running A/B tests on messaging, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns based on engagement data. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging with user journeys and business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding of lifecycle and email marketing strategies, technical skills in CRM and marketing automation platforms, and experience in measuring lifecycle performance. Additionally, strong collaboration skills and a data-driven mindset are essential for this position.

Experience

Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, a proven track record of optimizing email campaigns, and familiarity with growth KPIs. Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to EdTech and product-led growth environments.
