Description:
We are seeking an experienced Innovation & Portfolio Director with a strong background in the beverage industry.
In this global role, you will lead portfolio management and execution of innovation projects and across international markets.
You will be responsible for shaping the long-term product portfolio, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement. Success in this role will require creative thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
To Note: Salary range (105,000 – 115,000) is in Euros
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation & Portfolio Management:
- Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, you will develop and deliver innovation and portfolio strategy across multiple international markets.
- Lead a team to execute all market expansion and new-to-market projects from inception through launch, including tracking and reporting post-launch performance.
- Serve as the key liaison between distributor partners and internal teams on all matters related to product development and portfolio management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Global Operations, Legal, and Creative to manage product and packaging transitions, ensuring compliance and consistency across regions.
- Champion innovation by driving new, out-of-the-box thinking and challenging the status quo to improve business performance and team efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
– 8+ years of experience in product development, portfolio management, or market commercialization in the CPG industry.
– Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing diverse product portfolios globally.
– Capable to understand and leverage trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, (ideally in the beverage market) to drive innovation success.
– Proven track record of stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration.
