What You’ll Do
As a Client Success Coordinator at Personify Health, you will act as a product expert and trusted partner, supporting new client onboarding and providing exceptional ongoing service. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met, coordinate open enrollment activities, and contribute to strategic decisions that drive satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve being a subject matter expert in all Personify products offered to clients, resolving client issues, analyzing benefit trends, and supporting renewals.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or the healthcare industry. Experience in onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with HR Directors, Executives, and other team members to ensure client success.
