Key Responsibilities

– Act as a Brand Ambassador for Shopbop, providing exceptional service to all customers.
– Resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple channels in a timely manner.
– Provide customers with product information and ensure their satisfaction.
– Handle inquiries and cases professionally, following company policies.
– Utilize software programs to address customer inquiries effectively.
– Collaborate with shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues.

Basic Qualifications

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury customer service-focused environments.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
– High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

– Fluency in Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish.
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
