We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our B2B social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing social media presence for brands targeting business audiences, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, aligning with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage any potential crises promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement organically and through paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and paid advertising platforms, especially LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and the ability to create content that resonates with this audience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.​

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
