What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Director of DevOps & Cloud Enablement who can build, scale, and mature our DevOps practice. This role involves strategic ownership of our DevOps service model as well as hands-on technical leadership across client delivery, automation, and innovation. If you’re a DevOps veteran who loves building systems and businesses, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
As the Director of DevOps & Cloud Enablement, you will be responsible for defining and operationalizing Devblock’s DevOps service offerings, developing reusable frameworks and automation for cloud assessments, and partnering with leadership to support pre-sales discussions and client onboarding. You will also oversee and contribute to client environments, design infrastructure-as-code, and lead observability strategy.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity. You should also have deep expertise in AWS and Azure architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD automation. Excellent communication skills, consulting experience, and the ability to mentor and scale engineering teams are also essential.
