Job Description
We’re looking for a Process Enablement Project Manager to lead the transition of our consumer fulfillment function into a call center environment, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency. You’ll partner with Privacy, IT, and Call Center teams to define processes, enable training, and track performance as the function scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current DSAR/opt-out workflows and define future-state processes.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and QA checklists for call center agents.
- Coordinate training, rollout, and tooling handoffs across CRRS, Jira, OneTrust, and reporting systems.
- Monitor SLAs and performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery.
- Identify quick wins and efficiency gains while long-term automation efforts mature.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in operations, process enablement, or business transformation.
- Proven experience managing process transitions or workflow migrations, ideally in call center or customer operations.
- Strong skills in SOP documentation, stakeholder coordination, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with privacy operations, DSAR processes, and tools like OneTrust, Jira, and CRM systems.
