Category Analyst – Nordics

This role offers the chance to drive insights and strategies for the Energy Drink category across the Nordics, working closely with the Commercial Director and internal stakeholders to develop innovative initiatives.

Responsibilities
– Identify opportunities from data insights and build future category strategies with customers.
– Develop and implement processes to improve sales performance.
– Generate and commercialize insights into sales tools, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
– Collaborate with internal teams to influence category results.
– Manage and deliver recurring KPIs, including planograms and category projects.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within FMCG or beverages.
– Expertise in Nielsen IQ, Circana, AXA, Consumer Panel, and related data tools.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
– Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills.
– Excellent storytelling, presentation, and project management abilities.
