Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute a cohesive owned media strategy
• Craft engaging content aligned with Headway’s brand voice
• Maintain a content calendar for timely publishing

Brand & Community Engagement

• Foster community engagement and respond to comments
• Identify opportunities to build relationships with audiences

Performance & Optimization

• Track key metrics to refine content strategy
• Provide performance reports with actionable insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Collaborate on company initiatives and thought leadership

Qualifications

To be a great fit for this role, you should:

• Have 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Be a creative storyteller passionate about mental health
• Have a track record of building engaged social communities
• Be data-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excel in collaboration with various teams
