Job Description:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in scaling our rapidly growing email marketing program. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in lifecycle marketing, advanced segmentation, and Klaviyo integrations to influence customer retention and loyalty. Essential Functions:

– Develop, launch, and optimize automated email flows

– Design and optimize email templates

– Implement advanced customer segmentation strategies

– Conduct strategic A/B tests and analyze performance metrics

– Stay current with email marketing innovations and industry trends

Competencies:

– Strong analytical mindset

– Experience with UTM tracking and analytics tools

– Understanding of conversion-driven messaging and direct-to-consumer psychology

– Proficiency in Klaviyo and email deliverability best practices

– Strong communication and collaboration skills

Required Education and Experience:

– 4+ years of email marketing experience

– 3+ years of experience with responsive email templates

– Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo
