Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support CELSIUS’s international expansion and portfolio strategy. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing innovation projects, and ensuring seamless commercial execution across international markets. Based in Dublin, Ireland, this position will play a key role in driving the CELSIUS brand portfolio’s success globally.

Responsibilities

– Lead and facilitate task force meetings with cross-functional development teams

– Drive innovation synergies and minimize low value-add activities

– Build project timelines and collaborate with teams on execution

– Support development of the innovation pipeline and make portfolio choices

– Conduct regularly scheduled project task force meetings

– Drive continuous improvement across the innovation process

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

– Proven experience in commercial planning within the food and beverage industry

– Strong collaboration and communication skills

– Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional professionals

– Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
