Position Summary: As the Customer Success Lead at Battle Road, you’ll ensure customers thrive with AtomEngine. You’ll serve as the trusted guide connecting customers’ objectives and our technology, helping teams apply AtomEngine to solve real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Advocacy & Success:
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Deeply understand customer goals
- Advocate for the customer internally
Technical Enablement:
- Act as a trusted advisor
- Develop deep mastery of AtomEngine
- Deliver workshops and onboarding sessions
- Lead a small team of Customer Success Managers
- Define and operate core customer rhythms
- Serve as an escalation point for complex challenges
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles
- Strong technical aptitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record of driving adoption and growth
- Comfortable in dynamic, startup environments
