Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with your software development team and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute software development projects. You will be responsible for interpreting stakeholder needs, translating them into work items for the development team, and contributing to the development of a product roadmap. Additionally, you will test completed items, troubleshoot for bugs, and collaborate with team members to prioritize and organize the backlog for timely completion of valuable work items.
Remote Work Qualifications
To excel in this remote position, you will need access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and the ability to work and communicate effectively with team members via chat, webcam, etc. You must also be a legal resident of one of the specified states listed in the qualifications.
Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will own and maintain the team’s backlog, interpret stakeholder needs, contribute to the product roadmap, and support the timely completion of work items. You will also be responsible for testing completed items, troubleshooting for bugs, and attending daily and weekly development meetings.
Qualifications
No prior experience is required for this role, but relevant experience in a business, technical, or customer-facing role is a plus. You should have a foundational understanding of product development processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
