Job Title: HR Contact Center Associate with French and English

Job Description

As an HR Contact Center Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting Amazon across EMEA countries. Your main responsibilities will include handling and resolving HR queries in French and English through various communication channels, such as phone, live chat, and email. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and seeking feedback to continuously improve the level of service provided.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. You must also be comfortable working on rotational shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a very good proficiency in both written and verbal French and English. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, relevant work experience in administration, customer service/call center, or HR environments would be beneficial. Proficiency in additional European languages, the ability to work in international teams, and good interpersonal skills are also preferred.
