About Theta: Theta is building the intelligent memory layer that allows AI agents to learn and adapt in real time. By analyzing every agent run to identify errors, critical actions, and optimizations, Theta’s platform continuously improves agent performance with no human-in-the-loop retraining. Backed by YC (W25), Theta is growing quickly and hiring modeling talent to support the evolution of their data labeling infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
– Create complete end-to-end financial or business models used to train AI systems
– Review and refine models created by other analysts for structure, clarity, and effectiveness
– Collaborate with internal teams to improve modeling frameworks and best practices
– Provide feedback and mentorship to other contributors
– Participate in regular working sessions with the Theta team
Who We’re Looking For
– Strong modeling experience
– High agency and self-starter
– Backgrounds in finance, accounting, or consulting
– Excel/Google Sheets power users
– Bonus: experience with labeling, structured data work, or AI training data
