Job Purpose

As a Client Success Consultant, you will serve as the vanguard of account management excellence, creating a seamless and transformative journey for BELAY clients and contractors. Your role will involve identifying opportunities within engagements, leveraging financial acumen to drive sustained growth, and elevate client satisfaction. You will work diligently to cultivate untapped potential within the client roster and enhance long-term client engagements.

Duties and Responsibilities

– Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner
– Manage the onboarding process for new clients
– Match contractors with clients for successful, long-term relationships
– Provide coaching and consultation to clients and contractors
– Strategically manage a client roster to focus on retention and growth
– Effectively oversee the management of client or contractor crises
– Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role must possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, 1-2 years of relationship management experience, and a clear understanding of accounting functions. Attributes of flexibility, creativity, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Working Conditions

This role is a full-time exempt, W-2 position with BELAY, offering the flexibility to work from home. A dedicated and secure workspace free of distractions is required. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, with some roles requiring travel.

Salary Range

$60,000 base salary plus bonus and commission
