Job Description
In this role, you will represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner, serving as a strategic catalyst to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for new clients, matching contractors with clients, and providing expert guidance on accounting and bookkeeping nuances. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, along with 1-2 years of relationship management experience. You should possess a clear understanding of general ledger functions, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and financial reporting. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time exempt, W-2 role with the flexibility to work from home. A dedicated workspace free of distractions is required. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, with some roles requiring travel.
Salary Range
$60,000 base salary plus bonus and commission.
