Role Overview
Position: Order Operations Associate
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Order Operations
What You’ll be Doing:
- Review and validate opportunity bookings in SFDC
- Partner with Accounting to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Verify sales agreements comply with policies and pricing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- High order validation accuracy
- Timely invoicing and minimal errors
- Consistent documentation and positive feedback from stakeholders
What We Expect From You:
- Experience in Order Operations or similar functions
- Deep understanding of order-to-cash lifecycle
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and ERP platforms
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
