Role Overview

Position: Order Operations Associate

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Order Operations

What You’ll be Doing:

• Review and validate opportunity bookings in SFDC
• Partner with Accounting to ensure invoicing accuracy
• Verify sales agreements comply with policies and pricing frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

• High order validation accuracy
• Timely invoicing and minimal errors
• Consistent documentation and positive feedback from stakeholders

What We Expect From You:

• Experience in Order Operations or similar functions
• Deep understanding of order-to-cash lifecycle
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and ERP platforms
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
