About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for developing breakthrough ad copy across various formats, collaborating with designers and marketers to align messaging, and leveraging AI tools to test and scale creative output. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from out-of-home campaigns to digital display ads, and everything in between.
Job Duties
- Develop ad copy for key formats such as out-of-home, digital display, print campaigns, and microsites
- Create supporting copy for social, blog, and email content
- Collaborate closely with designers, campaign leads, and product marketers
- Leverage AI tools to test, evolve, and scale creative approaches
- Use performance data to optimize messaging
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
If you have a strong concept-first creative thinking, fluency in AI tools, and a proven ability to craft bold, memorable messaging, you might be the ideal candidate for this role. Strong collaboration, communication skills, and the ability to work at speed in a non-linear, collaborative environment are also essential.
Qualifications Required
To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in advertising or creative copywriting roles, a strong portfolio of digital, print, and campaign-based work, and the ability to adapt voice and tone depending on the audience and context. Familiarity with AI platforms for ideation, drafting, or optimization is a plus.
