Responsibilities:
- Review and process player withdrawals across platforms such as PayPal, Paysafe, Worldpay, and PayNearMe.
- Monitor cash balances across all payment accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Download, review, and respond to chargeback cases; calculate and track associated fraud costs.
- Investigate and respond to payment-related issues, including discrepancies and failed transactions.
- Monitor real-time fraud alerting tools and respond promptly to suspicious or high-risk activity.
