Job Description

Are you a skilled transcriber looking for a remote opportunity to work from the comfort of your home? DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Live English Transcriptionist / Stenographer to accurately transcribe live virtual meetings in real-time. Your role will involve transcribing spoken information during calls, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Role Responsibilities

– Transcribe all spoken information during calls without relying on recordings

– Ensure accuracy in capturing all spoken information and gestures during virtual meetings

– Deliver final transcriptions within 24 hours after the meeting

– Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout the transcription process

Job Requirements

– Minimum 2 years of experience transcribing live, real-time events in English

– Idiomatic fluency in English with excellent grammar and orthography skills

– Proficiency in using Google Workspace products and a stable internet connection

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

– NCRA certification and experience with steno machines are a plus
