About the Position

Your Role
As an Account Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of Capital equipment projects and Service contracts for an assigned zone. You will be the central point of contact for the life of the equipment, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include creating sales quotes, scheduling project meetings, reviewing purchase orders, coordinating project data, forecasting projects, invoicing orders, creating approvals and proposals, and more. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively will be key in this role.
Requirements for Success
To succeed in this role, you will need at least three years of experience in sales support, customer service, or contract management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to change are also essential. Additionally, experience with CRM software will be beneficial.
