What You’ll Be Doing
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the onboarding and long-term success of our enterprise customers’ accounts. This includes managing customer relationships during the initial onboarding phase, handling long-term support requests, and effectively communicating client information across teams. You will also have the opportunity to identify opportunities for expansion, recommend areas for improvement, and proactively look for ways to enhance our customers’ experience.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or sales, as well as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Preferred qualifications include bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) and experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
