Role Overview
In this role, you will support our Chief Revenue Officer and Go-to-Market team by coordinating schedules, preparing for meetings, and driving team alignment through event planning and high-quality materials. Your ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and anticipate needs will be essential to your success in this position.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Support executive preparation and ensure thorough information for meetings
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for key events and gatherings
- Prepare meeting briefings and potentially some presentation materials
- Manage gift orders and ad-hoc initiatives to support team goals
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of administrative experience supporting revenue executives, experience in a GTM organization, and a proven track record of working in a distributed work environment. Strong communication skills, tech savvy, and exceptional time management abilities are also desired.
