$21/hour – Customer Outreach Associate

About the Role

Are you a compassionate individual who thrives on helping others during challenging times? Empathy is seeking a Customer Outreach Associate to join our Care Team. In this fully remote position, you will be the first point of contact for families in need, guiding them through our services with empathy and care.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Outreach Associate, you will make a high volume of outbound phone calls to connect with eligible users, introduce them to Empathy’s services, and guide them through the onboarding process. You will serve as a crucial touchpoint for families, building trust through compassionate communication and user-centered guidance.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a high level of empathy. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Experience with outbound sales or customer service roles is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting compensation for this role is $21.50/hour, with a monthly bonus target of $1,000 for meeting performance goals.
