Job Description
As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and helpful service to customers through phone and email communication. You will assist customers with order information, product support, issue resolution, and general inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to serve customers.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
• Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
• Speak and listen effectively
• Type 35 words per minute
• Lift up to 15 lbs
Workspace Requirements
• Create a home office setup with necessary equipment
• Maintain a safe, distraction-free workspace
• Internet speed of 1GB or greater required
Availability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
