Job Description

Celsius Finland is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Finland. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales and market share in the designated area, enhancing customer profitability, and building relationships with both existing and new accounts.

This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently, delivering results, and taking ownership of their territory. If you have experience in the Energy Drink, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and market share in your designated area
• Enhance customer profitability and satisfaction
• Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new accounts
• Independently manage your territory while collaborating with the wider field sales team

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience in relevant industries
• Background as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or Merchandiser preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic proficiency in English and MS Office tools
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Helsinki / Porvoo region
