We are looking for a Field Recruiter to work on our onsite data collections projects in Santa Clara, California. The Local Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics.

**Responsibilities:**
– Establish direct contact with potential candidates on a daily basis through different channels including field recruitment.
– Integrate social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies.
– Build partnerships with universities, organizations, and advertisement entities to enhance the company brand and increase interest in our openings.
– Identify the most effective advertisement channels for various projects and programs.
– Search for new and innovative ways to source candidates.

**Education and/or Experience:**
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
– Strong cultural knowledge of different cultural groups in Santa Clara.
– Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual environment.
– Experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
