We are looking for a Field Recruiter to work on our onsite data collections projects in Santa Clara, California.
Role Summary
The Local Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Establish direct contact with potential candidates on a daily basis through different channels including field recruitment.
- Integrate social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies.
- Build partnerships with universities, organizations, and advertisement entities to enhance the company brand and increase interest in our openings.
- Identify the most effective advertisement channels for various projects and programs.
- Search for and find new and innovative ways to source candidates.

- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Competency in business applications and collaboration tools
Role Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Strong cultural knowledge of different groups in the Santa Clara area
- Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
