Job Description

As a Golf Community Leader, you will act as the bridge between management and Brand Reps, ensuring effective communication and support. Your responsibilities will include mentoring new team members, conducting knowledge assessments, and monitoring team performance. This role requires a strong background in the golf industry and experience in team leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in the golf industry
– 2+ years of club fitting experience
– Extensive knowledge of top golf brands such as Titleist, TaylorMade, FootJoy, and Bushnell
– Proven experience in team leadership and mentorship

Compensation and Perks

– Independent Contractor position
– $20/hour paid weekly
– Remote work opportunity

Technology Requirements
