About This Role
As a Customer Care Advocate at iRhythm, you will have the opportunity to deliver accurate and timely support to patients and providers. Your responsibilities include resolving inquiries efficiently, making outbound calls to patients, and ensuring all service requests are handled to compliance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
– Provide accurate support to patients and providers throughout the device wear process.
– Make outbound calls to patients to explain coverage and payment options.
– Document all interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
– Maintain updated patient and insurance records.
– Participate in meetings and training in a virtual environment.
– Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HIPAA privacy requirements.
– Consistently meet productivity, quality, and service-level metrics.
Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 2โ3+ years of customer service experience.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
– Ability to handle sensitive information calmly and professionally.
– Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrate resourcefulness and emotional intelligence.
– Experience in healthcare or patient-focused environments preferred.
Work Environment
At iRhythm, we provide 24/7 patient support. Shifts may include weekends and holidays and are subject to change with notice. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and occasional in-office attendance may be required for training or business needs.
