User Support Specialist – US Only

About the Role
As a User Support Specialist for Supporting Cast, you will have the opportunity to assist a growing premium podcast audience on behalf of leading audio publishers like NPR, SiriusXM, and NBC. You will be the go-to person for podcast listeners who subscribe to our clients’ paid subscription podcasts, helping them with everything from signing in to troubleshooting technical issues.
Working remotely alongside our lead support specialist, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our clients’ most loyal fans. You will have the chance to think critically, identify patterns in user issues, and collaborate with our success and engineering teams to improve our support function.
Responsibilities
– Answer customer inquiries promptly
– Troubleshoot basic user issues
– Identify and communicate patterns in user issues
– Contribute to written support materials
– Develop automations to provide more efficient support
Requirements
– Resourcefulness and independence
– Efficiency and ability to prioritize
– Technical aptitude and strong written communication skills
– Prior help desk experience preferred
– Familiarity with Freshdesk and podcast subscriptions is a plus
