As an Accounting Clerk at Veracity, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agency business by handling account reconciliation, invoicing, and other basic accounting functions. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who prioritize growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately
- Manage refund requests and communicate with policyholders
- Prepare monthly reports on error rates and revenue performance
- Review and remit carrier payables and process chargebacks
- Generate accounts receivable statements and reports
- Coordinate policy cancellations and refunds
- Submit outstanding account balances to collections agencies
- Apply incoming payments to customer accounts
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with agency billing and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Compensation
Salary Range: $18/hr – $23/hr with $1k annual bonus
