Service Representative, Payment and Inforce Funding (Remote)

Description

This position involves analyzing, researching, and gathering information to process cases with a basic level of complexity. As a member of the team, you will partner with colleagues to meet service and quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvements. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are key aspects of this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process cases accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze cases to determine complexity and route appropriately
• Contact resources to assist in resolving complex cases
• Handle communications with customers and financial associates
• Document all interactions and information gathered

Required Job Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service or financial industry experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in office computer software
