Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Process cases accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze cases to determine complexity and route appropriately
- Contact resources to assist in resolving complex cases
- Handle communications with customers and financial associates
- Document all interactions and information gathered
Required Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service or financial industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in office computer software
