Job Title: National Customer Care Representative

As a National Customer Care Representative at Vitalant, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s life-saving mission. You will be responsible for addressing donor inquiries, providing scheduling assistance, and cultivating lasting relationships with donors through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

– Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot donor inquiries and issues
– Cultivate relationships with donors through various communication channels
– Identify recurring system issues and escalate to leadership
– Assist with donor scheduling and monitoring customer feedback

Requirements

– High school diploma or GED
– Proficient computer skills
– Two years of customer contact center experience required
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
