Job Responsibilities
As a Collections Coordinator at GoodLeap, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks for the Collections Department. This includes submitting Loss Mitigation programs, reviewing delinquent loans, skip tracing, and coordinating with vendors for site visits and legal demand letters. Your role will also involve maintaining email communication with customers and ensuring that processes are audited to meet SLAs.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should have excellent project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, collections, or financial services is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office suite and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
