Position: Technical Support Representative: Mid-Level Digital Banking
Job Description
At Jack Henry, we are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our Digital Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our customers post-implementation. You will act as the primary point of contact for any support requests and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
– Provide level one troubleshooting and accurately assess customer issues
– Research and resolve application and service issues
– Monitor incoming cases and emails to meet Service Level Standards
– Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge
– Assist with on-call duties as needed
Requirements
– 4 years of customer support experience in banking or digital banking environments
– Experience with case management tools/software
– Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday
– Bachelorโs Degree in relevant field is a plus
