Join our Transcom Family as a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor!
As a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the friendly voice of our telecommunications client, assisting customers with a variety of technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, and computers. You will use your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to provide solutions and support to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
What we are looking for:
– Ability to engage with callers and analyze tech issues
– Proficiency in navigating multiple applications to research solutions
– Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
– Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
– Self-motivated and disciplined to work in a virtual environment
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
– At least 18 years or older
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Ability to pass a criminal background check
– Full-time availability with flexible schedule
– Strong computer skills and typing speed of at least 30 wpm
– Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
– Courteous, professional, and customer-focused attitude
