Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service to homeschooling families. Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience
– Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
