Job Description
In this role, you will use exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to answer calls regarding retirement, life, and annuity investment products. You will identify customer needs, provide personalized service, and work with cross-functional departments to resolve issues. Additionally, you will document customer inquiries, maintain product knowledge, and achieve department metrics. If you have a degree in a business field or equivalent experience, one year of call center or customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office tools, you may be a great fit for this position.
