Position: Seller Support Associate – English (Cebu Location)

Working Conditions

As a Seller Support Associate, you will be required to be physically based in Cebu, with a flexible 5-day work week that may include weekends and holidays. Training will initially be onsite at our office in Cebu IT Park, transitioning to a remote setup if eligibility requirements are met. You must have the necessary infrastructure for remote work, including a dedicated workspace, reliable internet connection, and backup power in case of outages.

Key Responsibilities

– Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of seller interactions

– Provide exceptional support to sellers through effective communication

– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing sensitive issues

– Contribute to a positive team environment by proactively aiding team members

– Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation

Basic Qualifications

– High school graduate with at least 3 years of BPO experience or college graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience

– Excellent written and spoken English skills

– Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills

– Ability to work independently and make complex decisions

– Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

– Technical savvy with computers and the internet

– Business acumen in e-commerce and retail

– Proficiency in MS Office applications and web browsers
