Job Description

As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include resolving customers’ concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products. You will assist customers with navigating Scholastic websites and digital resources via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you will enter various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications while engaging with customers and coworkers with empathy and patience.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have proficient computer skills, including website navigation and usage, Microsoft Office, and e-mail. You should be able to multi-task and utilize multiple systems at a time, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess good data entry and phone skills. A desire to learn new skills quickly, make decisions, and use judgment in resolving customer problems is also essential.
